The Human Side To What We Do

We keep a box of tissues handy in our conference room at Reynolds Defense Firm. Most of the time, the tissues are for our clients, but every once in a while we pass the box back and forth…

I was meeting with a young woman in her mid-twenties who hired us to help her with her DUI charge. When we first spoke, she told me that her mother refused to talk with her since the arrest. Over the course of our conversation, I  started to understand the real truth.  As it turns out, her mom reached out, but our client was too embarrassed and too ashamed and afraid to call her back.  As a result, her mom felt rejected.

I asked our client if she needed some help making the call to her mom, and she said she did.  We called her mom from our conference room, and helping them reconnect is something that our team is honored to have been a part of.

Why Reynolds Defense Firm Is Different

At Reynolds Defense Firm, we do fantastic legal work, but that often isn’t enough. We take the time to help our clients through the human side of being arrested, because it is our standard.  We understand that being arrested for a DUI can be hard to go through. Honing in on the human side of the law means we do our best to help clients beyond the courtroom. We also understand that a few bad moments do not undo an entire lifetime of being a good person, even though it can feel that way. If someone you believe in needs help, please call us right away.  Reynolds Defense Firm – we’re here, we’re solid, and we’re very good at what we do.  Contact us 24/7 at 503.223.3422 or on our website.
