Additionally, it’s important, for us as a team, to celebrate our attorneys for their accomplishments and show appreciation for all of their hard work. The National Trial Lawyers is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state who meet stringent qualifications as criminal defense trial lawyers. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective and uniformly applied process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. Membership is extended only to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state or region who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile measured by objective and uniformly applied standards.

This year the entry point was 18 percentage points higher than in 2018, so although it looked like we stayed the same, everyone on the list (including us) went up again. We’re proud, not only because we work really hard to be a great business that is always improving, but as we grow, we can help more good people and their families that are facing DUI charges.
American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys – The American Institute’s DUI/DWI Division recognizes excellence of practitioners in the field of DUI/DWI defense. They compile an exclusive list of the “10 Best” Attorneys for each State. Many Attorneys can achieve high degrees of success but this is often times at the expense or satisfaction of the most important person in the case- the client. American Institute’s DUI/DWI Division looks for Attorneys that have achieved unparalleled success but most importantly have done so for the benefit of their client. Very few Attorneys can do so and our organization recognizes this significant achievement.
