Hello, Labor Day weekend!  September is coming, but it doesn’t have to mean the end of summer!  Here’s what we’re excited about for September 2nd & 3rd with fun things to do this weekend in Portland, Oregon!  College football kicks off this weekend with home games for both the Ducks and the Beavers!  You can check out all your food options at The Bite of Oregon, show off your pirate swag at the Pirate Festival or support your Thorns!  If you’re heading out for a camping weekend – make sure you check the fire maps and stay safe!

September 1st-4th – The Bite of Oregon

Where else can you sample specialties from all over Oregon without having to answer, “Are we there yet?”  New home.  New date.  New Bite.  They’re in their new location at the Rose Quarter Friday through Monday 11am-10pm.

September 1st-4th – Tortuga Pirate Festival

Gather your friends and form up as your skills be tested in the Pirate Olympic Games. Feats of strength, of skill, power and dexterity. Will you take home the gold, or will your boasts prove nothing more than hot air beneath the sails?

Art In The Pearl®, Portland Oregon’s annual Fine Arts & Crafts Festival, occurs every year on Labor Day weekend. The 21st annual festival will occur this weekend, in the Pearl District’s North Park Blocks 10am-6pm daily. The Festival is FREE and requires NO TICKETS for entry.
