2018 Portland Undy RunWalk – June 16th
It’s a fun twist on a serious topic – this event will benefit the Colon Cancer Alliance to help find a cure for colon cancer. This is an annual 5k event, and participants are asked to walk and run in their underwear. If you’re feeling brave and want to support a very important cause, you can participate in Portland’s Under RunWalk on Saturday.

The Portland Pride Parade welcomes you! You’ll be able to learn more about the LGBTQ community, businesses and organizations you can support, and volunteer efforts that you can participate in! It’s a fun festival and thousands of visitors will be there to enjoy.
OMSI Star Party: Summer Solstice Celebration – June 16th
Star viewing lovers of all ages can help kickoff the beginning of summer with a free Star Party! Starting at sunset, you’ll be get a close view the starts planets and other celestial objects with telescopes and binoculars. OMSI plans to give everyone opportunities to look at Mercury, Saturn, the waxing crescent moon and more.
Slowest Ride of the Year – June 17th
Time for a bonus event! Pedalpalooza is offering Portland’s Slowest Ride of 2018. Why is the ride so slow? The ride will be led by unicycle, but any human powered vehicle is welcome. Costumes, slow vehicles, strange vehicles – it’s all encouraged! The event will also be on flat pathways, so riders of all ages are welcome to ride up and down the waterfront. You can bring your pets too!
