Hello, weekend! This is the most interesting mix of events we’ve seen in 2018. There’s 3 different shows, a birthday party for all (yep), and a home decor workshop. It’s rainy season so we hope you stay dry as you keep reading. Stay safe!

Rennie Harris Puremovement: LIFTED! – January 25th – 27th
Puremovement’s “Lifted,” is a show that takes hip-hop moves and lingo, and mixes them with the classic English novel “Oliver Twist”. That’s not the only thing that’s infused! While there are touches of gospel music and house beats, they are meant to help you explore various elements of spirituality and community. The show is designed to make you move, dance and sway right from your seat, so don’t be afraid to bring a buddy along for the fun.
International Cat Show – January 26th – 28th
Crazy cat ladies and kitten cuddlers rejoice! The International Cat Show is a 3 day event, and at The Holiday Inn @ Portland Airport Conference Center. This international kitty competition sounds promising, and if you decide to compete or go for the show, it will be for a good cause! Bring two cans of food to donate to the Oregon Food Bank, and you’ll receive $2 off admission. Please note, while we know you love to feed your cats, donations should be for humans. 🙂
