Having a sense of community within your workplace is essential. That is why nurturing our RDF community is just as important to us as the work that we do. One way that we do this is by having a community lunch once a month. We have a lunch committee that picks out each month’s theme and chooses fun games and contests to play. Check out some of the photos from our most recent community lunches.

This month, in the spirit of St. Paddy’s day, we enjoyed delicious treats decorated with rainbows and chocolatey “gold” pieces. We also awarded two lucky RDF team members with prizes for wearing the most green and being the most creative with their outfit – way to go, Emily and Mark!

We’re grateful for the culture we’ve created here at RDF, and we think it’s important to highlight some of the things we do together as a team. For more community highlights, you can follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
