There are two things that Reynolds Defense Firm is the most proud of. The first one is our common goal, as a firm, to do the absolute best we can for our clients. The second thing is our incredible team and the culture we work hard to maintain!
Having a sense of community within your workplace is essential. Nurturing our RDF culture is just as important to us as the work that we do, especially in a virtual world where personal, day-to-day interaction is limited. How do we it? Well, we have a committee that helps to organize virtual events like bingo and themed lunches. The latest thing we tried as a group was a scavenger hunt!
The items we had to look for were:
- 2-for-1 sign
- Number “26”
- The word “darling”
- Outdoor clock
- Store with “Q” in its name.
- Red door
- Orange sign
- Bird bath/fountain
- Beach ball
So how did we do? Well, we definitely realized there is no shortage of red doors or birdbaths in the city! See for yourself:
Red doors!
Orange signs!
Bird baths!
The number “26”
And believe it or not, Puddles juggling beach balls!!
We’re grateful for the culture we’ve created here at RDF, and we think it’s important to highlight some of the things we do together as a team. For more community highlights, you can follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
