Here at Reynolds Defense Firm, we’re pretty lucky to have such an amazing team of folks working together to support our clients. ‘Solid’ is the word we use for those people you can trust under just about any circumstance, and that standard is what we use to describe the entire RDF Team.  Every person here at Reynolds Defense Firm is an “A” player and we each understand that our individual role is essential to the overall success of our team.  We’d like to focus some time highlighting our team members and offering an inside look to the culture and community that make up Reynolds Defense Firm.  This month, we shine the spotlight on Sayde!

Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now?

As fun as retail management was, I was ready for a change of rolls. I wanted to feel a
bigger sense of purpose in helping others. My previous job gave me a lot of
administrative insight that I am excited to use in my new endeavors here at RDF.

What drew you to RDF and why did you want to work here, specifically?

RDF was not the first firm I applied to, but I am happy it was the last. After visiting
the website and speaking with Dan, I was sure that this would be a positive
environment to work in where everyone joins together to help others

What book impacted you the most?

A Clockwork Orange- I read it fresh out of high school and again
as an adult and it made me feel terrible for days. Great
book, haha!

What are some small things that make your day better?

When the bus arrives on time, an organized work space, a really beautiful
sunrise/sunset, and a smile from a stranger.

What are your thoughts about Window of Clarity?

I think it provides an excellent and necessary resource for those currently
dealing with their cases. It offers peace of mind as well as the tools to build
yourself up from a situation that may have knocked you down.

What could you give a 40-minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation?

I could likely give a presentation about plane crash statistics because I am
lightly obsessed with that information

What stat from your life would you most like to see?

I would love to see how much water I am actually drinking throughout the
day.

What question do you typically ask to find out the most about a person?

Where are you originally from?
