To succeed at the Reynolds Defense Firm, each employee must be a ‘solid’ individual. Now, ‘solid’ is a pretty high standard. And the fact that all our employees meet that standard is one of the reasons why we’re great at what we do – which is working together to support our clients. It’s important that we take the time to appreciate our team members, giving an inside look to the culture and community that make up Reynolds Defense Firm. This month, we shine the spotlight on Sasha!
Originally from Utah, Sasha moved here in 2019. She moved with her family to pursue new opportunities and she is so happy to call Oregon her new home! Sasha has a background working in personal injury and social security disability firms, so she has a lot of experience in helping people through difficult situations. Sasha loves connecting with people, and she is so grateful for the opportunity to work with RDF’s amazing clients, and support them in any way that she can.

What are your responsibilities at RDF, or your expertise? What special skills do you add to our team?
I would say my relentlessness and can-do mindset. I will don’t give up and always look for ways to make things happen.
What was the draw that brought you to RDF and/or what do you like best about working here?
Having worked for other law firms in the past, I am very pleasantly surprised that everything I saw/read about RDF on the website and other social media platforms, before I started, are actually true! There is a community within that truly cares about our clients, and is very interested in getting things done timely and the right way.

Share a personal detail – Hobbies? Interests? Family?
I am not short on hobbies; I dabble in it all and am always looking for more. I knit, sew, crochet, do photography, button collecting, some light video gaming, reading, I am an avid hiker, and I am sure I am missing a few hobbies….
What’s your favorite thing to do in Portland?
Honestly, I love to just walk around and sight see and explore. There is so much to take in here!

What’s your favorite home-cooked meal?
My moms Chile Verde – yum!
Spin the globe where do you hope your finger lands on for your next adventure?
France, I’ve got a place to stay already just need to make the rest happen. Hopefully soon!
