Nic began working with RDF in 2015 and has been a valuable part of our team ever since. Below are some insights on what’s unique about him as well as some of his favorite things about RDF.
Why did you decide to do the kind of work you are doing now?
I wanted to work in business, and I’d taken an Operations class. I loved RDF’s message about ‘helping good people’ and thought that was something I could really get behind. Working here has kind of tied all of those pieces together for me. I couldn’t work for another criminal defense firm.
Why do you like working at RDF?
Everything! The people are wonderful, each with different, interesting backgrounds. I get to problem solve and there are always new challenges for me.
What skills would you like to master?
Sword smith, sword fighting, and landing a 360 on my snowboard.
What’s your claim to fame?
I’m the ‘Tech-Macgyver.’ My mother-in-law is the tech expert at her job and she regularly calls me when she needs help fixing a tech problem.
What are some small things that make your day better?
McDonald’s breakfast. A Latte. Cadbury chocolates (I have a big bag in my office right now).
What stat for your life would you most like to see?
There are a lot that could be fun! How many problems solved? How many tacos eaten?. . .
