Mark was drawn to RDF by the Window of Clarity. Coming from a background in law enforcement and working with prosecutors, he had never seen anything like it. Now, having participated in the program himself, Mark has experienced first-hand the life changing benefits of Window of Clarity.

Why did you decide to do the kind of work you are doing now?

I was oddly qualified and with the culture of encouraging personal growth and being your best self at RDF, it was an amazing fit.

Why do you like working at RDF?

I have become my best self while working around people that continue to bring their A-game to the office. When you are around the best, you can’t help but strive to be the best.

What skills would you like to master?

Making my own clothes and my own shoes. Who wouldn’t love to get a bunch of compliments about clothing and then the look on their face when they find out you made them?

Tell us about the last adventure that you went on?

I tried fencing for the first time, they had to actually ask me to stop making references to Princess Bride.

When people come to you for help, what do they usually want help with?

Words. “How do I ask this question without offending them?” “How should I approach this conversation?”

What stat for your life would you most like to see?

Pizza…Pepsi…Baseball
