If you’re familiar with our blogs or subscribe to our monthly newsletter, you’ve probably noticed that there is a word we like to use a lot around here. The word is “culture.” That’s because our shared values are essential to our success as a business. And the fact that we’ve cultivated such a driven and positive workplace community is no accident – it’s purely by design.

Our CEO, Dan Reynolds, had a very specific vision when he started Reynold Defense Firm. Building a team of ‘solid’ individuals to help good people. So, thanks to that vision, the RDF team gets to work together, making a difference not only in our client’s lives, but in our own!

To say thank you, the RDF team surprised Dan with a caricature highlighting one of RDF’s mottos. Can you see the likeness?

We’re grateful for the culture we’ve created here at RDF, and we think it’s important to highlight some of the things we do together as a team. For more community highlights, you can follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
