Our ‘Hello Weekend!’ is back, and it’s better than ever! Not only are we going to share entertainment events like before, but we are also going to include opportunities that can help you practice the kind of self-care and self-improvement we all could use right now. After a year like 2020, we’re all looking for bigger and better things in 2021. This workshop will focus on long-term success for your New Year’s resolutions through goal setting, removing roadblocks, and encouraging self-compassion, then conclude with Reiki and Yin Yoga. The class is hosted by Erin Clyne, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and stuntwoman – how cool!
