Many restaurants, chefs and bakers have created virtual classes that you can sign up for and they will help you make something delicious. Blueprint is a great source because it offers a variety of classes, depending on skill or recipe! Another great resource is Instagram. Many chefs from the Portland area have been hosting live cooking shows, including Chef Paley, and his show will include user-friendly recipes, advocacy, comedy, and cameos from his wife and business partner Kimberly. Join in for some Mother’s Day fun!
Go for a Bike Ride or Walk
As the sun starts coming out of hiding more, the better it is to go out and enjoy it with your loved ones! Even though many parks and hiking spots are closed, there is still some great places to go out and go for a bike ride or walk while still maintaining a safe distance from others.
Make a Charcuterie Board and Watch her Favorite Movie
Set up a fun movie night by getting some fancy cheeses, meats and more!
